The room was spacious with a beautiful view to the mountains, a big and comfortable bed. Room service every day, two small bottles of water provided daily. Shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion replenished regularly. The air conditioning was working well. The location fully fit to my business needs. There is a direct entrance to the shopping centre, which is very comfortable. The breakfast was good, a big variety of warm meals (that I would rather consider lunch), fruits, sweet things. I only missed unsweetened natural yoghurt.

Excellent location if you're hanging out by Fashion Drive/San Pedro Garza García, ample bedrooms and great breakfast (although quite expensive as it wasn't included in my rate) The staff was very courteous and helpful. Check in and check out was very easy, although they couldn't find my reservation at first.

Before that I was at another hotel a couple of blocks away and I am glad that I swtiched to Camino Real. The room is big, the bed is comfortable, the room is very clean, the TV screen is huge. I was attending a conference near by so the location was excellent.

The room was pretty spacious and comfortable, two bottles of water provided every day. I enjoyed the swimming pool. Housekeeping was alright. Breakfast was available until late, which made it possible to have a brunch.

The room was very comfortable. The bed was soft, which allowed me to get a good night's sleep.The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were polite and answered my questions.

The hotel is connected to the plaza which was very convenient. Staff is wonderful and always helpful.

The service was excellent, My father that has limited movement was able to find places to move around.
